LayerForge products are made to order. Timing begins after the design, final price and payment have been confirmed.

Shipping cost and available delivery methods are confirmed before payment when they are not already included in the displayed order total. Tracking is provided when available. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays or service interruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact LayerForge immediately if an address needs to change. Once a carrier has accepted a package, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.
If tracking appears delayed or a package arrives damaged, contact LayerForge promptly with the order number and photos of the package when applicable. We will help document the issue and work with the carrier, but carrier investigation times are outside our control.
