HOW LAYERFORGE USES INFORMATION
Effective July 29, 2026. This policy explains the information LayerForge collects through layerforgeusa.com and how it is handled.
← ALL STORE POLICIESWe may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order information, product preferences, messages, reviews and artwork or files you choose to upload. We also keep the LF order number, estimated total and payment-verification status for an order. We do not ask for bank passwords, verification codes or full payment-account credentials.
Information is used to answer requests, prepare designs and quotes, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Uploaded artwork is used to review and produce the requested product.
Information may be shared only as needed with providers that support website hosting, private file storage, email notifications, analytics you consent to, shipping and payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. LayerForge does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Optional website analytics are not activated unless you accept the analytics notice. You may decline without losing access to the store. Browser settings can also limit cookies, although some site preferences may no longer persist.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, recordkeeping, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload sensitive identity, banking or password information.
You may ask what personal information LayerForge has about you and request a correction or deletion where applicable. Email Kristenkotze26@gmail.com and include enough information to identify the relevant request or order. We may verify the requester and may keep records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
The store is not directed to children under 13, and LayerForge does not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the store or its service providers change. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page.
