Handcrafted production & delivery
Each LayerForge item is handcrafted or made to order. Please allow approximately 7–15 days for production and delivery after your design has been approved. Complex, large-volume or highly customized orders may require additional time. We will contact you if your estimated schedule changes.
Shipping & tracking
Processing begins after design approval. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather or an incomplete delivery address. Tracking is provided when available.
Returns & personalized items
Because personalized products are made for you, they generally cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or different from the approved design. Contact us promptly after delivery so we can make it right.
Design files & approval
Customers confirm that they have permission to use uploaded designs, logos and images. Colors may appear different across screens and materials. Production begins only after required design details are confirmed.
Privacy
Order and contact information is used to fulfill requests, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. California residents may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
