Payment Terms

LayerForge currently accepts Zelle for website orders through a manual verification process.

Prices and estimates

Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. Custom-product totals may change based on size, material, quantity, artwork condition, finishing, shipping, taxes and approved add-ons. LayerForge confirms the final total before production.

Paying with Zelle

The website creates an LF order number before showing the LayerForge Zelle payment instructions. Confirm the recipient name, amount and order number before sending money, and include the LF order number in the payment memo. Never send payment using instructions received from an unrelated account or message.

Payment status

Clicking “I’ve sent the payment” does not automatically prove payment. An order remains awaiting payment until LayerForge verifies that the money was received in the enrolled account. Production starts only after design approval and payment confirmation.

Purchase protection and refunds

Zelle is a bank-transfer service and may not provide the protections available with a credit card. Any approved refund is handled directly by LayerForge after the order is reviewed. Do not send passwords, verification codes or bank-login information to LayerForge.

Taxes and shipping

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are included or confirmed before the final payment request. Customers are responsible for any additional charge caused by an incorrect address or a requested delivery change after shipment.
